Focus
Living with Clarity, Purpose, and Eternal Vision
Are you doing more than ever . . . but accomplishing less?
We live in a world that never slows down. Notifications ping, tasks pile up, and our attention is pulled in a dozen directions. Many people are overwhelmed, chronically distracted, and spiritually depleted. We chase productivity while losing clarity. We stay busy but struggle to stay focused. And all too often, our walk with Christ fades into the background—sacrificed for the urgent, while the eternal waits quietly on the margins.
There is a better way.
In these pages, Dr. Paul Chappell explores through the lens of Scripture what blurs our spiritual focus, how to regain clarity, and how to live each day with joy, endurance, and purpose. Each chapter includes biblical truth, practical insights, and inspiring snapshots of focused Christians whose lives made an eternal difference.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by distractions or simply longing to live with greater purpose, this book will help you:
- Identify the weights and distractions holding you back
- Realign your priorities with God’s eternal mission
- Cultivate Christ-centered habits that sharpen your focus
Press forward with joy—even through difficulty
You don’t have to drift. You can live each day with clarity, purpose, and eternal focus.
