Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns

Orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned for a refund or store credit should be in unused and excellent condition. Once the shipment has been returned and delivered, please allow 5-7 days for refunds on qualifying orders.  Striving Together does not cover the return shipping costs. If you’d like to begin the return process, please follow the instructions below.

Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
    • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue". 
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  2. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  6. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Damages and Order Issues

Please contact us at info@strivingtogether.com regarding packages damaged in transit or for items being returned as a result of a fulfillment error or defective product. Striving Together will provide a return shipping and replacement shipments when necessary.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept used or damaged items in exchange for a refund. Digital downloads and gift cards are not eligible for refunds or returns.
