Walking Through Fire Teacher Edition
A Study from First Peter on the Trial of Your Faith
by John Goetsch
Every Christian faces seasons of fiery trials and is assaulted with Satan’s fiery darts. In the midst of the heat, it seems that the flames will destroy us—that they will consume our faith and leave us burned and charred.
The epistle of 1 Peter is a word of hope for Christians walking through fire. Through these pages, inspired by God through the ministry of an apostle who was familiar with the fires of temptation and persecution, we learn that God actually uses the fires to refine our faith and strengthen our witness.
Through this thirteen-lesson study, learn flame-proof principles to apply to your life when you are enduring the trying of your faith. Most importantly, discover the Lord’s presence, comfort, and hope in the midst of your fire.

Using this resource as an aid in an adult Bible study on Wednesday evenings. Although I have just received the book, this first lesson I'm using it for has been very practical. Looking forward to further study and use of the material. Unknown on Dec 4, 2018
The series is very good for today's world and is exactly what we need to hear. There are many hurting people in the world, many of them Christians. I taught this series in our Singles (Pathfinders) Sunday School class and like most lessons, learned more myself than I imparted to others. I would recommend it for young people who are struggling with the Christian life. One word of caution, the lessons are very long. It says it's a 13 week series, I finished it in 20 having to split several lessons to avoid rushing through. Dan Freeze on Apr 20, 2013
